MASTER-4α has a measuring range between the MASTER-2α / 2Pα and the MASTER-3α / 3Pα (measurement range Brix 45.0 to 82.0%). MASTER-4α can be used for high concentration samples, such as condensed milk, concentrated fruit juice, jam, marmalade, liquid sugar, etc. These are an Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) model with water resistant feature (IP65).
The MASTER-4α is made of metal, and the MASTER-4Pα is plastic. The specifications are exactly the same. For salty and acidic samples, choose the plastic body, MASTER-4Pα.
