The OctThermoVault is an eight channel thermally insulated, battery powered, oven temperature data logger able to withstand extreme temperatures. It can measure and record data of temperatures up to 662ºF for up to 25 minutes when properly sealed. Its stainless steel enclosure and thermal properties lend itself to be the ideal temperature recording device for applications such as powder coating cure ovens, wet coating cure ovens, batch ovens and conveyor ovens. The external thermocouple probes provide accurate temperature measurements, with fast response times. Our user-friendly software easily downloads the data to a computer, where the readings may be displayed in degrees Celsius, degrees Fahrenheit, Kelvin or Rankine. The software allows the user to view all data points or a range of data points and a summary of the data being viewed for calculations such as Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT). If additional analysis of the data needs to be performed, the data can be easily exported to Excel® by simply clicking a button. (72" type K thermocouples and AC power supply included)

The MadgeTech OT1000 is a temperature data logger with a flexible external probe. This device was designed to monitor and record the cooking and cooling of meat products. The OT1000 is made of Tecaform®, with a convenient mounting hook. The device is rated IP67, making it splash proof and easy to clean. The OT1000 is simple to use, just activate the logger, insert the probe into a meat product, and then with a couple clicks of the mouse data can be downloaded to a PC for analysis. The MadgeTech data logger software efficiently provides users with the tools necessary to create reports and analyze data. Electronic records can then be saved for future reference. The MadgeTech software includes temperature flags which can be set up to indicate the HACCP cool-down temperatures and calculate cool-down rates. These flags help to create a quick reference for insuring that meat has been cooked and cooled properly.

The OctState is an eight channel, battery powered, stand alone state change data logger. The device records time and date stamped, ON and OFF state changes for equipment run-time, usage and event duration data. It can be used with dry contact relay switches or analog voltage input signals to determine changes in status and open / closed contacts. This is an all-in-one compact, portable, easy to use device that will measure and record data for up to 52,428 state changes. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The device can be started and stopped directly from your computer and its small size allows it to fit almost anywhere. The OctState makes data retrieval quick and easy. Simply plug it into an empty COM or USB port and our user-friendly software does the rest.

The OctTemp2000 is an eight channel thermocouple temperature data logger with an LCD. The device features onscreen minimum, maximum and average statistics, as well as a user configurable graphics screen that allows for any combination of channels to be displayed. The device accepts J, K, T, E, R, S, B and N type thermocouples. The OctTemp2000 is ideal for a variety of applications, whether it is remote temperature monitoring, or multiple points in a central location. Data from all channels is simultaneously logged and displayed onscreen for real-time monitoring. It can then be downloaded to a PC for further analysis. An advanced memory capacity allows this device to measure and record data up to 500,000 readings per channel. The OctTemp2000 comes with a wall mounted universal power adapter.

The OctProcess is an eight channel, battery powered, stand alone low level DC current data logger. The device records time and date stamped DC current data from external sensors, transducers and many other sources. The data logger features user-programmable Engineering Units and offset/gain calculations so input signals can be scaled to proper units being measured. For example, a water meter with a 4-20mA output can be displayed as liters or gallons, etc., in the software graph and data. Negative current signals can be monitored and recorded, for a broad range of applications. Three different DC current ranges are available ±1mA, ±25mA or ±100mA. This is an all-in-one compact, portable, easy to use device that will measure and record data for up to 16,383 readings per channel. For example, a flow rate sensor with a voltage output can be displayed as flow rate in the software graph and data.
