The RFPulse2000A is a wireless data logger that records pulse output signals from various sensors such as flow meters and anemometers. When started, the data logger samples at 100Hz and at the user specified reading rate, recording the total number of pulses from the sample to memory. The RFPulse2000A features an LCD screen which provides instant access to the current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics. Through the software the device can be programmed to convert the pulse output into a different unit of measure such as gallons per minute or miles per hour. This information can be viewed on the LCD screen of the data logger as well as in the software. The RFPulse2000A is unique in that it not only calculates pulse count, but it also calculates pulse rate. Engineering units can be programmed into the device as a rate, which allows the device to calculate the measurement unit in rates per second, minute, hour or per day. This provides more useful statistics to the user when data logging over long periods of time. The RFPulse2000A can be used as a standalone data logger, or used with the RFC1000 wireless transceiver, to wirelessly transmit data back to a central PC....

Category: O-Rings

One set of replacement o-rings for the RFOT.

Category: Probes

The RFOT-HDA is a probe attachment for the RFOT data logger. The device is built for use with hot dogs, sausages, and other small meat products. To use, simply slide the RFOT-HDA over the RFOT probe, then mount in place using two set screws. Next, insert a meat product through the o-ring onto the probe. The RFOT-HDA will guide the product into place, ensuring that the probe is inserted into the center of the product. Internal temperature can then be logged and analyzed using the RFOT data logger. The RFOT-HDA is also available in a smaller version called the RFOT-HDA-SM, which can be used with the RFOT-SMP (2.5" probe) data logger.

MadgeTech’s RFOT is the most advanced wireless temperature data logger in the meat industry today. The RFOT’s rugged design, equipped with a flexible piercing probe allows it to be used in the harshest environments. It is perfectly suited for smoke houses, ovens and other cooking processes up to 212°F (100°C) as well as refrigerators and freezers down to -4°F (-20°C). It is completely splash proof and can withstand wash down cycles. This state-of-the-art device records and transmits internal product temperature readings back to a central computer for instant real-time monitoring. The RFOT never needs to be connected to a computer as it has been designed for two way wireless communication. Full communication can be performed directly from a central PC. In addition to wirelessly transmitting data, the RFOT also stores each reading to internal memory for backup. This backup data may be retrieved wirelessly at a later time. MadgeTech’s easy to use software features user programmable critical control points, called “cooling flags” to assist in compliance with USDA Appendix B. The “cooling flags” are automatically annotated on the graph and tabular data views. The...

The RFCurrent2000A is a wireless data logger with display, designed to measure and record DC current signals. The data logger can connect directly to low-level DC current sources which makes it ideal for (PV) Photovoltaic research to monitor current sourced from solar cells over time, battery usage studies, energy monitoring studies and other DC current monitoring applications. The RFCurrent2000A can also be interfaced with a wide range of current output sensors such as flow meters, pH transmitters and more. Through the software, the device can be programmed with engineering units, which convert the current readings into a different unit of measure such as flow rate. The engineering unit is available for display on the LCD screen as well as in the software. The RFCurrent2000A is available in 20mA, 160mA or a 3A measurement range.   The RFCurrent2000A features an LCD screen which provides instant access to the current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics. The statistics can be reset through the keypad of the device, allowing customers to keep track of statistics over certain time periods. This feature does not erase the data recorded, but only resets the...
